The thing I always end up pondering is this...
We see smaller parties that don't have the membership or the money to break into the big dance. We(including myself) write them off for that. But, if everyone is thinking like we do(or like I do, at any rate) and not joining them because they aren't big enough - they'll never get big enough.
You know who else has a rock-solid platform ( the last time I checked it out)?
The Southern Party of Georgia.
Note: If you think the Confederate Battle Flag is a "racist symbol" you need not check them out. But, on the other hand, maybe you'd learn something if you did. ?
I looked at them a year ago and could not find one thing that I disagreed with. That may or may not be the case today. I don't know.
I do know that the Republicans will try( are trying) to hijack the grassroots Tea Party movement for themselves and then be the RINOs that most of them are, right on. And I don't know about you guys but I have HAD IT with the bait and switch.
Anyway, just me thinking out loud.
