Life lingers at Ga. immigration detention center
Quote :
``I try not to think too much about things, and I spend a lot of time studying the Bible,'' said detainee Gilberto Vazquez Ovalles.

The 34-year-old from Mexico has lived illegally in the U.S. since December 2004. During that time, he had been ticketed three times for driving without a license. The fourth time, in mid-January, the restaurant cook was arrested and sent to Stewart.

despicable using the bible, and Christianity to try to cast shame on this matter.

scratch

He should have been deported the first time. He could take his Bible back to Mexico and read about following the laws of two kingdoms until he decided that it wasn't very Christian to illegally sneak into our country and rob Americans of their resources. Another reason for the fair tax, too btw.

WASHINGTON - Wading into the politically charged immigration debate, a group of colleges and universities is urging Congress to give illegal immigrants tuition aid and a path to citizenship in light of efforts in several states to block them.

Not unless there's even more sinister plans.
